TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Electrone shall never incur liability beyond the cost of the item. Whether the item is used for business or personal use, we will not be liable for inter alia, loss of data, beyond the cost of the item.
In the event that you find an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible with enough details so we can identify you and your order and cancel or correct.
At Electrone’s absolute discretion, the beneficial ownership may not pass to the customer until the item is paid for in full.
We will not be liable for any loss or problem arising form act of war, civil disobedience, or act of nature, or terrorism.
The Customer (be they natural or unnatural person or persons) indicates unequivocal acceptance of these terms by placing an order and or paying, except that no part of these terms shall restrict any statutory rights.
In the event of any conflict, these terms of business shall be superior
Items not paid for in full may only be used for limited test and evaluation
We reserve the right to withdraw one or more products or prices without any prior notice
Your order is your agreement that we can use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order, certain details may be passed to sub contractors in connection with, inter alia, approving and processing credit card payments, delivering etc.
The order is not accepted until we confirm shipment.
Errors and omissions are accepted.
We will not be liable for delays in transit.
If a non stock item is ordered, and the estimated delivery time is not acceptable, you may cancel with no penalty providing the cancellation is received within 7 days.
Should goods be found to arrive damaged we must be notified within 5 business days, with details of the damage. We will then advise you of the corrective action to be taken.
It is agreed that any dispute be settled by arbitration, and in the absence of an agreement as to location it shall be New York, if no agreement can be reached then the laws of the state of Florida shall apply.
